Playing catch up

I feel like I got a bit of writers block last week.  It's not like it was a slow week.  We had chaos as usual.  Some times I find the more I have going on, and the more I have to say... it's a bit of a struggle to get it all out.  Strange I know.  Other times it just seems to pour right out of me.

Last week I got some much needed girl chat time while also getting to see my honorary babies.  I can not believe a whole month had passed before I was able to get over to spend some time with the newest addition.  The Big Guy was at school and I was worried about how the twins would handle me holding a baby, but they took it so well.  The Doodle Bop surprised me most, repeatedly telling me how 'cute' and 'tiny' he was... and hopped right into some photos.

Uncle Pete also came for a visit and the boys had an absolute blast.  They even made him tuck them all in at bedtime and cried because they were going to miss him.  So sweet.

Over the weekend I was able to do some thinking about where I want to go with things.  I let both blogs slide over the last week - especially The Mommy Gamer and I have so much to catch up with.  I'm going to have to set a posting schedule for both blogs and really stick with it.

I made a decision regarding Mamavation and I asked that my application be pulled.  I want to thank all my girls who really supported me by sending tweets and Facebook comments and e-mails to me.  It meant the world.  I thought this would be just the thing to really help me finally lose the weight, but this past week I also realized maybe that method is not the method for me.  Between taking care of the boys, working and writing I may put out quite a few tweets on Twitter some days but I do not always have the time to read up on what all the other Mamavation girls are doing and stop for drills as well.  It didn't feel right.

I am not giving up on losing the weight though.  Coke and I are still on the outs.  Starting the first full week in April, the boys are I are BACK at the Warwick Y baby!  We took a few months off but it's just time.  Summer is coming and I will be looking good.  Not to mention feeling better too.

I'd love to make this post longer but there is a certain Bunny Bee who has been out of bed like 7 times in the last hour with a different ailment.  So I'm going to try and get him sleeping like the other guys.  I'll leave you with the links to my Buy-Her posts from last week in case you missed them and want to check them out.

Tomorrow I'll be back here with another (more interesting post I swear).  xoxo
